FC Badawy Terms of Use

Last updated: November 6, 2026 (version 1)

About these terms

FC Badawy is an app for running amateur soccer groups: seasons, events, voting and spot requests. These terms are an agreement between you and FC Badawy ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FC Badawy.

Your account

Use your real name and a photo of yourself, so the people you play with know who you are. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use FC Badawy.

Groups

Each group is run by its own admins and moderators. They decide who joins and organise events. A group can also have its own rules, which you agree to separately when you join it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in FC Badawy. Do not add anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal or spam, and do not impersonate anyone.

This covers everything you add to the app: your name and photo, notes on requests, group names and rules. Content that breaks these terms is removed. People who add it can be banned from their group, and we can suspend or close their account, without notice.

Reporting a problem

To report content or a member, tell your group's admins or write to us at fcbadawy@gmail.com. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

Payments

FC Badawy can record fees for spots and whether they were paid, but it does not process any payment. Money is settled between you and your group, and we are not a party to it.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the members of your group, which is what the app needs to work. Group admins and moderators can remove it.

Playing

Events are organised by the groups, not by us. Taking part in sport carries a risk of injury: you take part at your own risk.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. It is deleted after 30 days, during which you can restore it by signing in. After that, your name, email, phone number and photo are removed. Your past votes, requests and attendance stay in your group's history, under a numbered name such as "Deleted Account #12".

No warranty

FC Badawy is provided as it is, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, from what other members post or do, or from events organised through it.

Changes

When these terms change, the app shows them again and asks you to accept them before you continue.
