Contact us
Questions, problems or reports about content or a member: fcbadawy@gmail.com. We reply as soon as we can. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
In the app you can also use Report a problem (the bug icon at the top of the screen, or Profile).
Deleting your account
In the app, open Profile → Delete Account and confirm with your password. If you are in a group, you leave it at once.
Your account is deleted 30 days later. Until then you can cancel by signing in again. After that, your name, email, phone number and photo are removed, and your past votes, requests and attendance stay in your group's history under a numbered name such as "Deleted Account #12".
If you can no longer sign in, write to fcbadawy@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
